Goldsboro Web Development is our broadest company encompassing web design, seo, web hosting, and other services relating to a company or person’s internet presence. This business model is currently set to net profit of approximately 34% of each labor hour charged.
Goldsboro Networks
Goldsboro Networks, currently receiving 82% of the corporate operations budget sits as a placeholder for our own networks, a marketing platform for those whom also wish to have similar networks. This business model is currently set up to net profit of approximately 22% of each labor hour charged.
Goldsboro Web Host
Goldsboro Web Host or Web Hosting is our platform to gather those with pre-made or self-made websites in order to help us cross-sell our most profitable services, web design and development. This business model is currently set up to net profit of approximately 8% of each service sold.
The Others…
Other sites and divisions have an advertising business model where the entire site and its services are paid by advertisements only.
Stock and Trading
Currently all stock is privately held with 5% unallocated shares for employee profit sharing. Stock may not be sold outside of the authorization of the Board Secretary.
By-Laws
Currently our fiscal year ends on November 22nd of each year to give us time to prepare our end-of year reports. The company is managed by a board of directors which must also be employees of the company. The operations officers are set up into 4 categories, Corporate, Sales, Operations, Finance. Each category has its own Cheif Officer. The CEO is the head of the Corporate category, the CFO is the head of Finance, the COO is the head of Operations, and the CSO is the head of Sales. Generally each officer is also a board member. Currently our CEO is also the President, the CFO is the treasurer, our CSO is the VP of sales, and COO is the VP of HR.
Board meetings are every 2nd Thursday of each month, Wednesday if the 2nd Thursday falls upon a Federal Holiday. Board meetings are currently open to interested investors and those seeking investment opportunities. Solicitation is strictly prohibited.
